New Hampshire Junior Monarchs Announce
6 more college placements for 2008

Hooksett, NH - Championships are great but the success of this organization is not measured by such accolades. Player placement is what is sought after and treasured most by this storied organization. Over the years countless players have found the right fit of academics and athletics at Universities and College’s all over the country. The New Hampshire Monarchs are pleased to announce that six more of its team members have committed to furthering there education while continuing to play hockey at the next level.

Lance Herrington:  Has committed for the fall of 2008 to the University Of Vermont Catamounts Of Hockey East. Lance is a big, rangy and steady right shot defense man standing 6’3” and weighing 205 lbs. He is from Bow N.H. and is currently in his third year with the New Hampshire Monarchs Junior program. Lance is the son of Lee and Joan Herrington.

Mark Nemec:  Mark will be attending the University of Maine for the fall of 2008. Another big right shot blue liner, standing 6’3” and weighing 205 lbs. Mark is in his first year with the New Hampshire Junior Monarchs. He is a native of Rouses Point, NY and is the son of Frank and Jane Nemec.

Yuri Bouharevich: Yuri is a highly skilled left shot forward with great speed and the ability to create scoring chances. He will be taking his talents to Quinnipiac University for the fall of 2008. He is an 11-2-87 birth year and a stand 5’11”and 180 lbs. Yuri is a native of Montreal, Quebec and is the son of Serge and Ann Bouharevich.

Ben Ketchum: Ben will be joining Yuri in the fall at Quinnipiac University. Ben will bring to campus his 5’11” 205lb. frame, which aids in his physical play, and his consistent work ethic. He is a right shot forward with a big shot and is originally from Greenwich, CT. Ben is the son of Tom and Paulie Ketchum.

Jeffery Velleca: Jeff will be heading to Merrimac College this coming fall. He is a left shot forward with great outside speed and a potent scoring touch. Standing 6’ tall and weighing 180lbs., Jeff will have an immediate impact in Hockey East. Jeff is the son of Jerry and Lori Velleca and hales from Waterbury, Ct.

Graham Sisson: Graham has committed to Bowdoin College for the fall of 2008, where he will continuehis academic and athletic career. He is a cerebral, right shot forward with outstanding playmaking abilities and composure. Graham is from Chesterfield, MO and is in his first year with the Monarchs. He is the son of Rufus and Judy Sisson.
